Clean Eating Taco Meat
Good morning, guys! Today I want to share a super easy, healthy way to make tacos. It’s simple, doesn’t require a ton of ingredients, and has no store bought taco seasoning in it!
We started focusing on more homemade, from scratch meals about seven years ago. Which means we cut out almost all processed ingredients, and spice mixes. I tried many different types of homemade taco seasoning, but I just didn’t feel like any of them gave me the same flavor as the store bought taco seasoning did (which is FULL of nasty stuff, by the way!). I set out on a mission to create my own taco recipe by combining a few recipes I’ve found, and doing lots of experimenting in the kitchen.
