How to DIY a Christmas Tablescape from DOLLAR TREE + My Members Only Library!
Finding inexpensive ways to have a beautiful Christmas tablescape is always one of my favorite decor projects. Come see how I DIY this Dollar Tree tablescape!
I mentioned earlier that I was challenging myself to a little Dollar Tree Christmas tablescape. I’m happy to report that I was successful, and spent a whopping $11 dollars on chargers, greenery, and candles.
What I used for this Tablescape
- Red Chargers – $6
- Large Wreaths – $3
- Candles – $1 for multipack
- Garland Ties – $1
GRAND TOTAL: $11!
Our Dollar Tree had an amazing selection of Christmas tableware. I was so surprised by it. I almost bought a whole set of plates and cups, but decided to keep my spending as low as possible…and never mind the tote of Christmas dishes sitting in the garage. Yeah…I don’t need any more. ha! I did pick up these red chargers. They were the perfect backdrop for my white cloth napkins. I made the little wreaths with some wired garland ties near the ornaments in the store. They worked perfectly.
Also, I created those little tags for the table that say “love, joy, peace” and it got my wheels to turning. I decided that since you all are really the best blog family a girl could have, you needed access to them too…plus more, a LOT more…So I created a Member’s Only Library. (You can access it at the top of the blog, or if you’re using your mobile, tap the three dashes at the top, and a menu pops down. It’ll be there!) Check your email for your password to get into it. You’ll find these tags there to download and print. If you’re not a member already, sign up to get my free EBOOK and the password will be delivered to you, too!
Nothing brings me greater joy than creating a beautiful space inexpensively.
What’s a Christmas tablescape without a centerpiece? An empty table, that’s what….For the center of the table I used three larger wreaths from the Dollar Tree to go around my candlesticks. They worked so well, and it was MUCH easier than trying to weave garland around them. I’ve had those silver candlesticks for a while now, but I found some beautiful glass ones at the store that would have worked so nice. I just didn’t spend the extra money…although, it would’ve only been $3 😉 The beautiful glasses are also from Dollar Tree a few years ago…I checked and they still had plenty at my store!
I really had so much fun collecting these things in the store, and bringing them home to turn them into a tablescape. Who would’ve thought wreaths and garland ties could have a new life on a table. 🙂
Have you been DIYing this holiday season? I’d love to hear about it!
As always, thanks for spending a little part of your day with me! Merry Christmas!
