There really isn’t anything better than homemade chocolate pudding. It’s so creamy and delicious that once you try it, you’ll never want store bought again.

If you’ve never tried homemade chocolate pudding, you are missing out. That may sound dramatic, but I’m pretty serious about it. It is creamy, rich, and absolutely decadent. It’s good warm, it’s good cold, it’s good by itself, and it’s good with whipped topping. It’s just plain ole good, y’all. The best part is it is incredibly simple to make, too.

Pudding was something that always intimidated me. It just seemed so much easier to open a box, and add some milk to the magic powder that turns into pudding. I am here to say that once you learn how easy it is to make from scratch there will be NO way you ever want to buy a box of “magic powder” again. Trust. Me.

It’s a tradition for us to have chocolate pie at Thanksgiving. It’s basically my favorite part. I’m already excited about it, and I’ve still got a few days to wait. I know there’s a great debate about what’s really considered the best part of the meal. Some say it’s the sides, others (who are right, like me) know it’s the dessert. I’d love to know what you think!

I hope you guys have a really great week, and a happy HAPPY Thanksgiving! As always, thanks for spending a little part of your day with me!
