I love to bake, but I am completely aware that I am nowhere “professional” with my photos. My hope is that it inspires you to use what you have and start where you are…professional or not.
So I got rid of my bread machine. Can I do this without the machine? Saw on says punch down dough. Just kneed it good and let rise then punch down and form my loaves ?
Yes! I’ve done it that way before, and it turns out nicely!
